According to the Order of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction №29 dated January 26, 2016 the Amendment №4 to the TCP 45-1.02-295-2014 "Construction. Project documentation. Composition and content" was introduced on April 1, 2017.
According to this Amendment , the following sections are developed as part of the design documentation for the buildings and structures demolition: a general explanatory note, a general plan, environmental protection, measurement work with a sheet of basic work, construction organization, and budget documentation. The recommended content of each section is given in the Annex P of TCP 45-1.02-295.
A new definition has also being introduced. An antiterrorist protection of the facility. It means the state of the building (construction), which ensures the safety of its functioning through engineering, technical and regime measures aimed at preventing the commission of a terrorist act.
Annexes A and B are supplemented by sections which define measures to ensure buildings and structures antiterrorist protection.
