Belarusian State Academy of Communications hosts XX International Conference on Modern Telecommunications Means

The Conference will bring together researchers, teachers, managers, professionals, scholars, graduate and undergraduate students specializing in the sphere of telecommunications.

Conference Program includes more than 210 reports. All the reports fall into several sections:

  • Section1. Theory of communications networks and telecommunications systems.
  • Section 2. Radio, television and modern solutions in the sphere of telecommunications.
  • Section 3. New technologies in Postal Services.
  • Section 4. Information technologies and Information protection.
  • Section 5. Quality control and management in telecommunications.
  • Section 6. Methods of teaching and innovative technologies for telecommunications specialists.


During the Conference more than 80 reports will be presented, during the Plenary Meeting - 6 reports. The reports will be read in 3 languages: Russian, Belarusian, English. Scientific and practical seminar "How to use unmanned aerial vehicles to create mobile communications systems" will take place during the Conference.

Participants from Russia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Lithuania, Poland and Iran will take part in the Conference.

The Conference will be attended by the representatives of major Belarusian universities and research institutions, such as Belarusian State University, Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, Belarusian National Technical University, Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus, Belarusian State Technological University, Polotsk State University, Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel, etc.

The Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus № 518 dated from July 12, 2017 made some additions and changes to the Rules for the telecommunication services provision and the Rules for the of lines, communication structures and radio communications protection in the Republic of Belarus.
