Decision № 154 of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated November 15, 2016 «On amending Decision № 293 of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated December 25, 2012» stated that since December 22, 2016  common forms of conformity certificate and declaration of conformity according to technical regulations of the Customs Union have changed.

Besides technical revisions, concerning the replacement of the term «Customs Union» by «Eurasian Economic Union», the Decision also includes a number of changes in the composition and method of presenting the  information, given in  conformity certificate and declaration of conformity. These changes will influence the Authority for certification and an applicant and will lead to the changes in the Register of issued conformity certificates and registered declarations of conformity.

It should be mentioned that according to the Decision № 154  samples of certificates of conformity to technical regulations of the Customs Union, which were published before the date of putting this Decision in place, will be in use till January 1, 2019. Certificates and declarations, issued and registered before implementing the Decision, will be valid until their expiry.
