This TCP establishes norms and terms of design and construction of intelligent buildings telecommunication facilities, which include the model project solutions for “Smart home” system.

Requirements, design and construction terms as well as model project solutions for installed telecommunications facilities of "smart home" system are used in the development of project documentation and construction of newly built, reconstructed, modernized residential and public buildings.
