Presidential Decree No 278 "On measures for compulsory conformity assessment" signed
Presidential Decree No 278 "On measures for compulsory conformity assessment" was signed on July 20, 2016
The decree authorizes the Council of Ministers to introduce national obligatory conformity assessment for products that are not subjected to Technical Regulations of the Customs Union and the Eurasian Economic Union, as well as goods (works, services) that are subjected to obligatory conformity assessment according to the legislation of Belarus.
The document will increase safety of life and health of Belarusian citizens, protect Belarusian market against import of hazardous products, etc.
