Registration of Declaration of conformity with the requirements of Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union

Adopted Declaration of conformity (see Sample for declaration form).
Copies of documents, verifying the competence of Applicant to adopt a declaration of conformity:

certificate of registration of a legal entity or a natural entity in the capacity of an individual entrepreneur in the Eurasian Economic Union;

full product specifications (if available);*

special permit (licence);

contract of a legal entity or a natural entity registered in the capacity of an individual entrepreneur concluded with a foreign manufacturer with regard to ensuring compliance of supplied products with the requirements of Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union and with regard to responsibility for noncompliance of supplied products with the requirements of Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (where applicable, for registration of Declaration of conformity for serial production);

transportation documentation: invoice, contract, delivery note etc. (for registration of Declaration of conformity for batch of produce);

accompanying document;

Test protocols copies (including foreign ones)
Sample of product marking with the EAC mark
Documents confirming control in the production process (when registering a Declaration of conformity for serial production): a certificate for a quality management system, results of production analysis (including foreign ones)

Note: All documents mentioned above should be applied to the declared products; their copies should be certified with the signature and seal of the Applicant.
